Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a part-time HR Assistent for a client in Tiffin, OH. As an HR Assistant , you'll provide support in all areas including recruitment and hr administrative tasks. This role ensures HR processes and procedures are effectively implemented, compliant with company policies, and aligned with federal and state regulations. - Recruitment - end-to-end recruitment across all of their locations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the plant and corporate hiring managers
- Maintain, organize, and update HR files
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior HR experience required
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
