Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to assist with payroll, data entry, and system transfers during a system changeover period. This is a temporary role projected to last through the first quarter of 2026 and will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy and a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support payroll processing and HR data entry functions
  • Assist with system transfers and data validation
  • Review and verify employee records for accuracy
  • Provide general HR administrative support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or Payroll
  • Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
