Shift is 7am-330pm or 8am-430pm- Monday-Friday
Pay is $22 per hour
Position SummaryTitanium Industries is seeking a dependable and hardworking Packaging / General Labor Associate to assist with packaging, material handling, and general warehouse operations. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment, performing physical tasks, and ensuring materials are properly prepared and packaged for shipment.Job Responsibilities

- Package metal products and materials according to customer and shipping requirements.
- Prepare materials for shipment by wrapping, banding, labeling, and securing products.
- Inspect materials and finished packages for accuracy, quality, and potential damage.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
- Organize products and materials in designated warehouse areas.
- Verify labels, quantities, and packaging information for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow all company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
- Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Operate a hilo
- Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Must follow all required safety and PPE guidelines.
- Packaging or shipping experience
- Material handling experience
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Pallet jack experience
- Experience working around metal products or industrial materials
- Basic measuring and counting skills
