General Laborer / Warehouse Associate
Location: New Boston, MI
Shift 5am-130pm Monday-Friday
Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support manufacturing and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves assisting with production processes, material handling, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor and working in various areas of the facility.

Location: New Boston, MI

Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support manufacturing and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves assisting with production processes, material handling, packaging, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Candidates must be comfortable with physical labor and working in various areas of the facility.
Primary Responsibilities
Production / General Labor Duties:
- Assist with manufacturing processes including stripping, reassembling, and pouring molds/products
- Mix materials in dry blending and casting areas
- Prepare materials and work areas for daily production
- Package finished products, including palletizing, stacking, wrapping, and bagging
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, organizing, and storing materials
- Support production teams with daily tasks as needed
- Load and unload trucks with raw materials and finished goods
- Move and organize materials within the warehouse and production areas
- Complete receiving and inventory-related paperwork
- Operate a hi-lo (forklift) as needed (permit required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Previous general labor or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift (Hi-Lo) experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
