Shift: 7am-330pm Primary Purpose & FunctionWe are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support production. This role involves working with hand tools and equipment to assist in the fabrication and assembly of tarp systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Shift: 7am-330pm Primary Purpose & FunctionWe are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support production. This role involves working with hand tools and equipment to assist in the fabrication and assembly of tarp systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Operate hand tools such as saws, grinders, and other basic fabrication equipment
- Cut, shape, and prepare materials according to specifications
- Assist in the assembly and production of tarp systems
- Perform grinding, trimming, and finishing work to ensure quality standards
- Read and follow basic work instructions and measurements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
- Previous general labor or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using hand tools, including saws and grinders required
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable with good attendance and work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
- Steel-toe boots required
- Safety glasses and gloves (provided or required as specified)
- Hearing protection as needed
