Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring for various positions for a machine shop in Waterville, OH. These positions will be responsible for either casting molds, grinding and casting metal, running machines, and/or seeing the products through to completion. Basic maintenance of your tools and work area is expected. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, willing to learn, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

Monday - Friday:1st shift: 7:00am- 3:30pm2nd shift: 3:00pm- 11:30pm--You will train on 1st shift*Overtime would be available two hours before your shift*

Responsibilities on the job:
- Ensuring quality work in cast items
- Operate ovens to remove wax from ceramic molds.
- Work safely in extremely hot conditions.
- Operate machinery.
- Clean and maintain your tools and work area.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Must have a good eye for detail and be able to identify defects.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time. Comfortable working in areas of moderate heat.
- Safety Conscious: Knowledge of safe working practices and the ability to follow company safety protocols.
- Flexibility: Be willing to work in other areas of the shop as determined by workload.
