Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for General Labor Warehouse Associates in Tiffin, OH.  As a General Labor Warehouse Associate for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including: 
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Quality Assurance  
  • General Labor
 This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.   Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members!  All employees are offered competitive compensation $15.70 to start and you can be trained to move up and earn more after 30-60 days on the job. Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.   Shifts include:
1st: 6:45AM-3PM 2nd: 2:45PM-11PM 3rd: Sunday night 10:45-7AM Job Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pull, and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area. Keeping records of shipments. 
  • Loading and unloading parts onto conveyors.
  • Safely & efficiently use warehouse equipment including vacuum pumps, tote washers, powder coating process machines and lathes.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties and report any unsafe work area conditions.
 Required Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate (General Laborers): 
  • Previous warehouse experience and/or training preferred with math skills.
  • High attention to detail and safety/compliance. 
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and sound judgement.
