Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for an experienced production worker for a well-known manufacturing facility in Sandusky, OH. Job Responsibilities:

This is a daytime role working only 4 days per week from 6am – 4:30pm. - Operate machinery and equipment to produce goods
- Monitor production process and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Clean and maintain work area
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisor
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Basic math skills
