Job Title: General Laborer – Bander
Location: Livonia, MIPay $16.00
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday, with possible overtime)
Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers (Banders) to support daily production operations at our Livonia facility. This role is responsible for banding, securing, inspecting, and preparing finished materials for storage and shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.Essential Responsibilities

Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers (Banders) to support daily production operations at our Livonia facility. This role is responsible for banding, securing, inspecting, and preparing finished materials for storage and shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and demonstrates strong attention to detail and reliability.Essential Responsibilities
- Band and secure finished products using manual and pneumatic banding tools
- Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and damage prior to shipment
- Stack, organize, and stage materials for storage or transport
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and banding tools
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support additional production or warehouse duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Industrial manufacturing setting
- Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Steel-toe boots and required PPE must be worn at all times
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
