Pay: $18 an hour
Position SummaryCardinal Staffing is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious General Labor / Hilo Driver to assist with daily warehouse and distribution operations. This position combines forklift/hilo operation with general warehouse duties, including loading and unloading materials, moving product throughout the facility, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.The ideal candidate will have previous hilo/forklift experience, be comfortable performing physical warehouse work, and have a strong focus on safety and accuracy.Job Responsibilities

- Operate a hilo/forklift safely to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Move, stage, and organize flooring products and other materials.
- Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup.
- Verify products and quantities for accuracy.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory organization.
- Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned.
- Safely handle products to prevent damage.
- Maintain clean and organized aisles, staging areas, and workspaces.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Assist other warehouse team members as needed.
- Previous hilo/forklift experience required.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, material handling, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to safely load, unload, move, and stage materials.
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to perform both forklift and general labor duties.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely work around forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive material-handling tasks.
