Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver for a facility in Toledo, OH. This role is essential to ensure accurate and efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating forklifts and working within fast-paced shipping/receiving environments.
Must be flexible with hours (mostly 2nd shift). Pay is $22.60/hr

Must be flexible with hours (mostly 2nd shift). Pay is $22.60/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks) to load, unload, and transport materials.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips or invoices.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
- Ensure all products are stored properly and safely within the warehouse.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse team members and supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift operator certification required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle physical workloads.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying warehouse conditions.
