Quality Inspector – Welding & Fabrication

Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Inspector who’s comfortable working in a welding and fabrication environment. This role focuses on final inspections of custom-built equipment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Conducting visual and measurement-based inspections on fabricated and welded equipment
  • Verifying that assemblies meet blueprints, tolerances, and finishing standards
  • Collaborating with welders, fabricators, and engineers to identify and correct quality issues
  • Using basic tools like tape measures, calipers, weld gauges, etc.
  • Documenting defects and ensuring corrective actions are completed before equipment ships
What You’ll Need:
  • Prior experience in welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly
  • Strong understanding of shop safety, measurement tools, and inspection standards
  • Attention to detail and a high sense of accountability
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Schedule & Pay:
  • Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm (OT may start at 7am)
  • Starting pay is $20/hr or higher, depending on experience
