Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Forklift Driver to join a paper packaging manufacturing facility. This role is key to the efficient movement and handling of large paper rolls and packaged products throughout the production and shipping areas.

1st shift 6-430 Pay $18-$24 based on exp.Must past measurement test
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas
- Safely transport large rolls of paper, finished packaging products, and raw materials
- Support shipping and receiving functions including staging and organizing loads
- Perform daily forklift inspections and follow safety protocols at all times
- Assist with general warehouse tasks when not operating forklift
- Maintain accurate documentation as required
- Clamp truck experience preferred (used to handle large paper rolls), but not required – willing to train the right candidate
- Prior forklift operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Valid forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
