Location: Eaton Rapids, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
About the Role
Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Coordinators for a manufacturing facility in Eaton Rapids, MI. This role supports daily production and packaging operations by coordinating manufacturing orders, preparing materials for production, and ensuring packaging and labeling tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
The Production Coordinator works closely with team leaders, supervisors, and production staff to maintain smooth workflow and ensure manufacturing orders are completed according to schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Take direction from team leaders and supervisors to support production operations
Follow production schedules created by planners or supervisors
Assist with completing manufacturing and packaging orders accurately and efficiently
Verify product descriptions, batch numbers, and labeling match manufacturing instructions
Prepare containers, boxes, and packaging materials for production orders
Maintain organized work areas and support good housekeeping practices
Track packaging supplies and materials used in production
Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and other production areas as needed
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy
Strong attention to detail when handling labeling and packaging tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
