Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services has a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a magnesium recycling facility in the Bellevue area. Furnace operators will be required to learn operations in starting furnaces for production, monitoring the melt process and distribution of materials to casting. Position does require the ability to work in a high heat environment *Steel toe boots are required*Lifting can be in excess of 50 pounds Position offers Output Production Incentive· Begins after 90-days of continuous employment· Earned based on perfect attendance and production output of over 25 ton to 28 ton· Paid monthly· Pays an additional $1.00 to $2.00 an hour for regular hours worked· Pays an additional $1.50 to $3.00 an hour for overtime hoursRoyalty IncentivesBenefits: On day 1· Medical· Dental· Vision· Life InsuranceBenefits: After 90-days· Paid Vacation· Paid Time OffBenefits: After 6 months· 401K· 401k MatchingRequired Skills/Abilities:· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to clearly communicate with team members, quality, and management.· Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
