Cardinal Staffing is looking for a Front End Loader OperatorMust be flexible with availability. You will need to be able to work 1st and 2nd shiftPay is $16-$16.50 per hourShifts: 1st 5am-3pm Monday-Thursday 2nd 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Front-End Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment used to move, load, and transport materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, and debris. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating a front-end loader and a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Front-End Loader Operator to operate heavy equipment used to move, load, and transport materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, and debris. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating a front-end loader and a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loader to load/unload materials into trucks, hoppers, and conveyors.
- Transport materials around job sites or production areas.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring it is in safe operating condition.
- Perform basic maintenance and notify supervisors of mechanical issues.
- Follow site safety rules, traffic regulations, and company procedures.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors for efficient workflow.
- Keep work areas clean and free of hazards.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Proven experience operating a front-end loader or similar equipment.
- Valid equipment operator certification or license (if required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in construction, waste management, mining, or other relevant industry.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.
