Location: Belleville, MI
Pay:

Location: Belleville, MI
Pay:
- $17.00/hour (Day Shift)
- $17.50/hour (Afternoon Shift)
Schedule: Same as standard general labor shifts (overtime may be required)
Operate a Volvo diesel front-end loader to move materials safely and efficiently while supporting general labor duties throughout the plant as needed.Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Operate a Volvo diesel front-end loader to load, move, and stage materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Transport raw materials, scrap, or finished goods within the facility
- Assist with general labor tasks including clean-up, sorting, and material handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and site protocols
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
- Prior experience operating a front-end loader (Volvo preferred)
- Ability to pass a hands-on equipment test during the interview
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout shift
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Steel-toe boots required
- High-visibility vest and other PPE as required
- Must follow all OSHA and site-specific safety guidelines
