Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is now hiring for Shop Foreman in Fremont, OH.  Facility handles beauty industry products, has weekends off, is temperature-controlled, and does NOT require steel-toes! Shop Foreman Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, welders, and machinist to ensure efficient production.
  • Assign tasks and monitor team progress to meet production schedules.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve fabrication issues. 
  • Monitor production output and quality, ensuring standards are maintained.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Shop Foreman Requirements:  
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in supervisor position 
  • Minimum of 5 years of Fabrication Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Welding Experience 
  • Minimum of 1 year of Forklift Experience
  • Must be able to read drawings and blueprints
  • Must have knowledge of Machinery
 Starting Pay: $25/hr - $27/hr based on experience
Shift: 
  • 1st shift
