Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for a  Foreman with welding experience in Fremont, OH.  As a Shop Foreman for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will work with a project based fabrications company.  Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a production schedule.
  • Test products for their functional
  • 5 years' experience as a supervisor/foreman
  • 5 years' experience in welding/fabricating
  • Good driving & attendance record 
 This position will require candidates to be able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.   Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $25.00 per hour. Generous referral bonuses are available. Available shifts include 1st shift, Monday through Friday.
