Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is hiring Food Service Aides for a healthcare facility in Port Clinton, OH. This position supports daily food service operations by assisting with food preparation, dishwashing, cashiering, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: Varies
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, trays, and kitchen equipment
- Assist with basic food preparation and beverage service
- Operate a cash register and provide friendly customer service
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food service areas
- Receive and stock food and supply deliveries
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math in English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Food service, cashier, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening (including nicotine), background check, and physical examination
