Job Description

 Finance Receptionist
Pay:  $18-21/hr 
Available shift is 1st: 7:30a-4p.   
Finance Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to Finance Department in the following areas: Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables.                                            
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring that they are connected with their hosts in an efficient and friendly manner.                                                      
  • Assist visitors in logging in to visitor tracking system.                                                                        
  • Data entry, typing and filing in AP and AR areas.                                                                 
  • Backup cell phone administration duties                                                                  
  • Monthly banking duties and backup bank deposits                 

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Solid time management skills; able to prioritize.
