- Complete installations of cameras, electronic mirrors, radar systems, and other 12V vehicle electronics accurately and safely
- Configure and test each system to confirm proper operation before completion
- Follow established installation instructions, wiring requirements, and quality standards
- Minimize installation errors, repeat visits, vehicle damage, and product returns
- Support first-article installations and validate products in real-world vehicle applications
- Diagnose wiring, electrical, configuration, CAN communication, and system-level issues
- Use appropriate diagnostic tools, including multimeters, to identify root causes
- Resolve customer issues efficiently through remote support or on-site service
- Escalate unresolved technical or product-quality concerns with clear supporting information

- Technical background
