Facility Technician
Location: St. Johns, MI | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Pay Rate: $19.75/hour
Employment Type: Seasonal / Temp
About the Role
Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Facility Technicians for a reputable employer in St. Johns, MI. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting facility upkeep and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform lawn care and grounds maintenance
Assist with painting and general facility upkeep
Clean piping systems and building areas
Clean HVAC coils and assist with filter changeouts
Scrape and label piping as needed
Job Requirements
Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or general labor preferred
Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
