Facilities Supervisor - Food Production

Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance and Management:
Oversee facility maintenance and functionality.
Ensure safety and sanitation compliance.
Collaborate on repairs and preventive maintenance.
Safety and Compliance:

Regularly inspect for safety hazards.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
Identify areas for improvement.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records.
Ensure accuracy and completeness.
Team Leadership:
Train and guide junior staff.
Foster a culture of improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; degree in management, engineering, or related field preferred.
Previous facilities management experience, ideally in food production.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA and food safety standards.
Excellent teamwork and management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in facility management software.
Commitment to safety and compliance.
Flexibility for after-hours issues.
