- Perform MIG welding on various metal components and assemblies.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and measurements.
- Measure, cut, grind, drill, and prepare metal materials for welding and assembly.
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated components for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, saws, drills, and other shop equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate measurements throughout the fabrication process.
- Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Perform additional fabrication and shop duties as assigned.
- Previous MIG welding and metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately read measurements and basic fabrication drawings.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to safely lift and handle materials as required.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
