Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring Fabricator/Welder for a well-known client in Northwood, OH.  Ideal applicants should have experience in MIG welding 14-gauge steel and aluminum, or experience with Blueprints.
Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members!  All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($22 per hour based on experience and weld test) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).  
Available shifts include 1st shift (6AM to 2:30PM). No overtime is available
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Equipment as part of the fabrication process
  • Install or repair metal components
  • Use grinding equipment in the cleaning process
  • Follow blueprints or technical schematics
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Own weld jacket, gloves, and helmet
  • Knowledge of both TIG and MIG welding preferred
  • Attention to detail
