Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is now hiring Grinders in Detroit, MI for a well-known manufacturing company. All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $23.00 per hour as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.Available shifts include 2nd shift - 4:00pm-2:00am. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Job Responsibilities:

- Load & Unload Raw Material.
- De-Burring, Grinding & Prepping Parts for Shipment.
- Packaging Parts for Shipment.
- Etching finished Parts with Proper Identification for Customers.
- Read and interpret documents including process sheets, blueprints, sketches, and work orders.
- Prefer candidates with 1-2 years of similar work experience, but we are willing to train.
- Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Critical thinking and a drive for problem-solving.
- A positive and a proactive mindset.
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- To be successful, you must demonstrate a willingness to learn, exceptional work ethic, and mechanical aptitude.
