Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring entry-level MIG Welders for a well-known and respected manufacturer in Perrysburg, OH. This is a great opportunity to grow your welding career with a company that values skill development, safety, and long-term success.
Position Overview:
As a MIG Welder, you’ll play a key role in the production of custom automotive racks used by top OEMs. You’ll work with a dedicated team in a clean and organized facility, using MIG welding techniques to produce high-quality components. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity with room for growth.
Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shift: 1st shift 6AM to 5PM Monday to Thursday and 3rd shift 7:30PM to 6AM Sunday to Wednesday. Overtime is available on an as-needed basis.

- Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble automotive racks
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstation
- Work collaboratively with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- At least 1 year of MIG welding experience or completion of welding training program
- Must be able to pass a welding skills test
- Own welding helmet with speed lens required
- Must wear steel-toe boots
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for full 10-hour shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
