Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for an Enterprise Application Administrator in Tallahassee, FL. As an Enterprise Application Administrator for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will be working for a company that specializes in intelligent digitization and content management company responsible for ensuring that web-based and client/server applications operate smoothly, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the security of sensitive data.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Application Management: Oversee the operation of web-based and client/server applications.
- SQL Database: Use SQL databases to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Technical Support: Provide support for application, hardware, and network problems, including basic troubleshooting.
- Security: Ensure the security and privacy of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA, CJIS, and other regulations.
- User Access: Manage user accounts and physical access to technology resources.
- Training: Train users on new or updated technologies.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and track technology inventory.
- Project Support: Assist in technology projects and work with vendors for equipment needs.
- Miscellaneous: Other projects/duties as assigned.
- 1 year of experience with SQL databases and enterprise applications.
- 1 year of customer support experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 preferred.
- 1 year of experience working in a customer facing support role.
- Proficient in SQL database administration with the ability to write SELECT, UPDATE, and INSERT SQL statements to configure applications or troubleshoot.
- Knowledge of client/server applications.
- Knowledge of a wide range of computer systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
- Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of focus.
- Ability to analyze and resolve basic computer problems and to coordinate hardware, software, and/or network solutions and to document using an incident tracking system.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and updates on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
