Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for an Electronics Assembler in Holland, OH. As an Electronics Assembler for Cardinal Staffing, you will be problem solving and assembling various electronic components for pay kiosks and card readers. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp to hire employees are offered competitive compensation: $17/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Responsibilities of the Electronics Assembler:
- Assembles small to medium sized components.
- Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications.
- Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.
- Rely on schematics/drawings and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Required Qualifications of the Electronics Assembler:
- Must have assembly skills
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to use hand tools
- Minimum 2 years soldering experience
- Basic electronics experience
- Excellent attendance with attention to shift start times
