Job Description

Cardinal Staffing is hiring for an Electrical Designer for an engineering and manufacturing solutions provider in Perrysburg, OH. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
 As an Electrical Designer, you are responsible for executing successful electrical design projects, meeting client requirements, and adhering to industry standards. You will manage design project timelines, budgets, and resources while also providing technical guidance and mentoring your team members. 
  1. The Electrical Designer leads the electrical design team, ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to industry standards and company policies. 
  2. They provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to team members, while also managing design project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Schedule: 7:30am – 3:30pm, Monday through FridayPay: $70,000 – 90,000; based on experience. Key Responsibilities:

Job Qualifications:
  1. Associates degree in Electrical Design or related field.
  2. 5+ years of electrical design experience at a system integration company
  3. 2+ years in a leadership or project management role.
  4. In-depth knowledge of NEC, UL508A, and relevant electrical codes/standards.
  5. Proficiency with electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical).
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
  7. Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  8. BOM creation and documentation
  9. Industrial automation knowledge
  10. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and lean principles
