Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for an Electrical Builder for an aerospace manufacturing company in Roseville, MI. All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation based on experience as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Pay: up to $17/hrThis is a 1st shift position from 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime is available.

Responsibilities of the Builder:
- Assemble parts to visual work instructions or engineering blue print
- Able to inspect parts assembled via work instruction
- Ability to use manual, electric and air hand tools.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment
- Support compliance with the companies Quality Policies
- Support corporate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Blueprint reading /Wiring Schematic reading experience or education preferred.
- Basic Wiring Experience a plus
- Use of assembly hand tools.
