Diesel Mechanic
Location: Livonia, MI
Shift 7am-3pm Monday-Friday
$30 per hour BOE

In this hands-on role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and heavy-duty equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including oil changes and filter replacements
- Inspect vehicles and equipment to identify mechanical issues
- Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot problems
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all shop procedures and OSHA safety guidelines
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding repair status
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
- 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy-duty truck/equipment systems
- Proficient with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred but not required)
- ASE Certification is a plus
