Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring a temporary Customer Service Representative for a large, well-known client in Bowling Green, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with the Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales teams to provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is covering an LOA and could last a few weeks to a few months. There is a possibility for an internal hire. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($18.00 per hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
Available shifts include: 1st shift: 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Provide information to consumers about company products
- Process sample requests
- Manage and resolve complaints and issues
- Gather and record info for marketing purposes
- Maintain and grow a referral network of medical professionals
- Partner with Sales Team to meet and exceed customer expectations
Required Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative:
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to stand for full 8 hour shift.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or GED--A higher degree is preferred
