Job Description
The Customer Service Representative works directly with our drivers and transportation department to coordinate deliveries, provide ETA information to our customers, and ensure all paperwork from routes are completed accurately and entered into internal software systems.
What You Will Do:
- Communication with drivers.
- Assist with processing credits and orders, producing and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking.
- Scan BOLS and delivery paperwork for pre-invoice process.
- Check-in drivers: reconciling paperwork to invoices and credits, log data in Produce Pro, cash verification.
- Problem solve transportation issues including urgent runbacks, truck breakdowns, and other matters.
- Collect ETA and other route specific information from drivers to communicate internally to other departments as requested.
- Interact with co-workers and external customers via phone and email.
