Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a large telecommunications company in Maumee, OH. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a call center setting and be involved in all aspects of customer service including:

- Talking to customers via phone, text, email, or on company's website chat
- Taking 80-100 calls per day
- Account management
- Trouble shooting and transferring calls to their appropriate departments
- Some sales as needed
- Data entry through Adobe CS suites, Microsoft Office, etc.
- At least 2 years of call center experience
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to organize and maintain accounts
- High School degree
Shift and Pay:
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
- $16- $20 per hour; based on experience
