Job Description

Millennium Staffing, is immediately hiring for Bilingual Customer Service in Memphis, TN. Position Responsibilities:
  • Assisting customer phone calls and preforming all work duties, in Spanish and English translation speaking capacities*
  • Translating between Spanish and English speaking languages within all duties and responsibilities*
  • Answering questions regarding order status, delivery, or questions about materials we offer.
  • Answering phone and fax inquiries for quotes.
  • Managing 3-4 online chats with customers.
  • Entering orders using our internal entry system.
  • Resolving customer requests, questions, and complaints - frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine the best use of resources.
This position will require candidates to have 1-2 years of customer service or inside sales experience, know MS Office applications.You must be able to work independently, be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude.  You can work from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm | Monday - Friday*About Millennium Search:Millennium Search, a subsidiary of SURESTAFF LLC, operates branch offices in Memphis and Olive Branch, with a specialization in light industrial staffing serving logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and production clients.
