Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Provide professional, courteous, accurate and timely support and follow-up to Senior Life customers (policyholders, agents, and co-workers) primarily through fielding incoming calls. 
  1. Ensure all incoming calls are answered within 2 rings.
  2. Address basic questions and resolve customer concerns through consistent application of our policies and procedures. 
  3. Ensure all policy changes are documented in writing or via audio recording. 
  4. Document all policy-related calls in policy notes.
  5. Assist customers by taking premium payments through a variety of payment methods.
  6. Assist agents with commission or policy-related questions.
  7. Direct customers to the appropriate employees or departments when specialized assistance is required.  
  8. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
  9. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
 And other duties as assigned
