- Framing consultations
- Work with a team to ensure a great experience
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Identify and communicate recurring customer trends
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and guarantee the best outcome
- Maintain dependable attendance
- Support customer initiatives
- Working towards Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or Art
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or related role
- Proficiency with computers (email, web-based systems, CRM tools, standard office equipment)
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in verbal and written formats
- Must manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of various art mediums
- Must be able to accurately measure to the 1/16th inch and add fractions
