Commercial HVAC Technician
Cardinal Staffing has partnered with a fast-growing, family-owned Commercial & Industrial HVAC company.We proudly provide high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to retail, commercial, and industrial clients across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, boilers, chillers, split systems, and ventilation equipment.
- Perform routine inspections to reduce downtime and prevent unexpected equipment failures.
- Educate customers on equipment operation, safety, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Lead or assist with system rebuilds, retrofits, and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, inventory usage, timecards, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and EPA regulations.
- 2–3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (retail, industrial, or commercial settings preferred).
- HVAC certification, trade school training, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
