Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing client in Toledo, OH. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished household products. Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ANY SHIFT ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operate rewind end of coil coating line.
2. Visually inspect coils to make sure there are no defects in the paint or metal (trash in paint, dents, scratches, etc.)
4. Cut samples of coated coil for QC lab inspection.
5. Keep work area clean
6. Participate in safety and other training programs as required.
7. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
8. Operate Forklift
DESIRABLE JOB REQUISITES:
Education/Training/Experience:
Exposure to production environment preferred
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Strong reading and comprehension skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong mechanical skills
Basic computer skills a must
