Job Description

  1. Inbound and outbound calls
  2. Working well with others 
  3. Ordering medical records
  4. Processing claims 
  5. Preform related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures 
  1. High School diploma or GED required
  2. Ability to work with others with no disruptions 
  3. Basic Computer knowledge 
  4. Customer service skills
  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. 
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
