This is a hands-on production and packaging role in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment. Team members will safely package, label, and prepare large volumes of chemicals for shipment while following strict safety and quality protocols.Key Responsibilities
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-HireAbout the RoleCardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Chemical Packaging Associates for a reputable employer in Eaton Rapids. This is a hands-on production and packaging role in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment. Team members will safely package, label, and prepare large volumes of chemicals for shipment while following strict safety and quality protocols.Key Responsibilities
- Package approximately 5,000 lbs of chemicals daily
- Label and prepare hundreds of containers and boxes each day
- Dispense chemicals into a variety of container sizes (pints, quarts, gallons, pails, drums)
- Stack filled containers on skids and prepare for shipment
- Clean and maintain 350-gallon mixing vessels using brushes, rags, and cleaning solutions
- Consistently wear and maintain required PPE (gloves, sleeves, safety glasses, bump caps, etc.)
- Previous warehouse, production, or packaging experience preferred
- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials repeatedly throughout the day
- Comfortable working with cleaning solutions and chemical packaging
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance and work ethic
