Job Description
Cardinal Staffing is looking for a CNC Programmer with experience in Visi CAD/CAM software to create and manage NC programs for components and fixtures. This role involves designing, programming, and ensuring smooth production operations while supporting operators with tooling and setup.

Responsibilities
- NC program components to provided data/prints using Visi CAD/CAM software.
- Design and NC program NC holding fixtures using Visi CAD/CAM software.
- Create setup/tooling sheets to assist operators with part setup.
- Manage production-run jobs with operators, answering questions and ensuring quality requirements are being met.
- At least (3) years’ experience in CNC with at least (1) year experience in CNC programming.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High School Diploma or GED.
