Job Description

Job OverviewCardinal Staffing has an immediate opening for a CNC Programmer who will work in a fast paced automotive, aerospace, and defense low-volume/high mix manufacturing company.
Core Responsibilities
  • Program and run 5-axis CNC Machines
  • Set tool heights and tool blocks.
  • Maintain order lists and job priorities
  • Change program and tools
  • Organize and coordinate with coworkers
  • Keep machines running
  • Insure proper part labeling and staging
  • PM machines and tools
Requirements
  • At least 5 years’ experience.
  • Experience with Work NC software - preferred
  • GD&T - review drawings and make changes as necessary
  • Check parts against the drawings
  • Must have worked in a shop environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Knowledge of grid system and basic shop math
  • Must have hands on working with NC Programming
