Experienced CNC Machinist for Milling, Turning, Grinding, and Welding
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in setting up and operating CNC machinery for milling and turning processes, as well as proficiency in grinding and welding techniques. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in our manufacturing processes by ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in the production of various components.
This is a permanent position on 1st shift.

CNC Milling & Turning:

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in setting up and operating CNC machinery for milling and turning processes, as well as proficiency in grinding and welding techniques. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in our manufacturing processes by ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in the production of various components.

Key Responsibilities:
CNC Milling & Turning:
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.
- Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software and interpret design files for optimal machining processes.
- Operate manual milling machines and lathes for specialized projects and tasks.
- Operate a variety of CNC milling machines to create components with precision.
- Modify CNC programs to ensure accurate and efficient machining.
- Convert design files into CNC-compatible formats.
- Perform TIG and MIG welding for fabrication and assembly processes.
- Utilize welding skills to join and assemble components with precision.
- Conduct surface grinding to achieve desired surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
- Contribute to the overall fabrication and assembly processes.
- Monitor and maintain machining processes to ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform regular equipment maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operations.
- Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members, engineers, and supervisors to optimize production processes and achieve project objectives.
- 2 years of hands-on experience as a machinist, including setting up and operating CNC milling and turning machines.
- Proficiency in CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and welding techniques.
- Proficient in TIG and MIG welding techniques for fabrication and assembly.
- Ability to work with precision, ensuring dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
