Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for Accounts Specialist in Port Clinton, OH.  As an Accounts Specialist, you will work with a well-known construction company. Job Responsibilities:
  • Payroll & fillings reports
  • Risk management compliance, regulatory and audit requirements
  • Preparing and filing financial transactions
  • Integrated software use for job costing
  • Accounts payable/receivable management
  • Work with CPA firm
  • Work with project managers
  • Oversee cash management
Experience:
  • 1-2 years experience in account handling
  • Prefer someone with a background in construction but not required
  • Experience with quickbooks, excel and word platforms
 Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members!  All temporary employees are offered competitive compensation of $20.00-$24.00 per hour.
