Batch Chemical Operator (1st Shift)Location: Eaton Rapids, MI | Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire About the RoleCardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Batch Chemical Operators for Sika Corporation in Eaton Rapids, MI. This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment where safety, precision, and consistency are critical.In this role, you will be responsible for producing chemical batches by following detailed batch sheets, measuring and mixing materials, and monitoring equipment to ensure products meet quality standards and production schedules.
