The Production Mold Operator is responsible for operating molding equipment used to manufacture automotive insulation and acoustic products. This position ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards while maintaining production goals and a clean work environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Production Mold Operator is responsible for operating molding equipment used to manufacture automotive insulation and acoustic products. This position ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards while maintaining production goals and a clean work environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate molding machines and related production equipment according to established work instructions.
- Load raw materials into molds and remove finished products from equipment.
- Inspect parts for quality defects, including dimensions, appearance, and proper formation.
- Trim, assemble, stack, label, and package finished products as required.
- Monitor machine performance and notify supervisors or maintenance personnel of equipment issues.
- Complete production documentation and quality records accurately.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Assist with material handling, including moving products, containers, and supplies throughout the production area.
- Support production changeovers and setup activities as directed.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, moving machinery, and production materials.
- Required use of safety equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and other PPE as assigned.
- Fast-paced production setting focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
