Job Description
Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for an Automotive/Aerospace Painter for an aerospace and automotive manufacturing company in Roseville, MI. A successful candidate should have be comfortable in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation between $18-25/hr based on experience as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.
This is a 1st shift position from 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime is available.

Responsibilities of the Painter:
- Preparing and repairing surfaces in preparation for painting. Mixing and applying proper paint
- Mixing paint to customer specification.
- Prepare surface for paint and/or sealant.
- Hand spray base coat, clear coat.
- Minor repairs of part surfaces while painting.
- Maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Fill out reports as needed.
- Buffing and sanding parts as needed.
- Support compliance with company Quality Policies.
- Support corporate continuous improvement initiative
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Must have 1-2 years of previous experience.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer knowledge to operate mixing software.
